Im playing Digimon Dawn and I have a few questions

I decided to play Digimon World Dawn in the DS emulator for PC. I was finding a Pokemon-like Digimon game, and I remembered that Digimon World DS was similar when I complete it many years ago.

Well, I completed the story (defeated Grimmon). I want to have all Digimon and to reach that I´m using cheats (there is a Digimon unobtainable without the other version).

I used a cheat that gives me scan data of almost every digimon in the game, but, there is some digimon I have in 0%. One of them is Botamon (I would like to have Machinedramon) but I think is a Dusk version digimon. I have Machinedramon data at 100%, but the problem is if I hatch him I could not degenerate him (I want to raise him).

My questions are: How can I obtain Botamon? Do you know about a 999% scan data cheat which works?

EDIT: I have another question is there anyway to get Legend Tamer in the emulator without playing via wifi? I can´t connect anyone with the emulator.
